With that in mind we seek to hire long term employees.
We are most interested in interviewing candidates whose resumes show dedication and longevity (at least 1 year) with previous employers.
We are willing to train if you are willing to be committed to our children and families.
Responsibilities:
Leads and Assistants are both responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children.
Our Teachers also ensure that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Coachable Candidates with experience and/or a degree or certificates in ECE will be a strong plus Our benefits package for full-time employees include:
