Patient Check in Updating EPIC Answering phones Scheduling appointments reminder calls Must Haves:
Must have previous PSS type experience in a healthcare setting.
EPIC exp is needed.
Note:
This clinic may have days where they don't need PSS coverage and if that occurs centralized staffing will deploy this PSS to other clinics to help out.
