Work directly with the owner to develop this best-in-class organization focused on providing accessible mobility for the elderly, disabled and wheelchair bound clients.
Drivers will transport clients from home, managed-care facilities, rehab facilities to medical appointments, physical therapy, mental health, etc.
Looking for reliable drivers who can cover Thurston and Pierce County.
Requirements:
Current WA driver's license DOL abstract indicating clean driving record.
Must pass criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment.
26 years of age or older Responsible, reliable, and neat in appearance.
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules.
Excellent customer service skills and willing to represent our company in a professional manner.
Comfortable operating mobile communications and navigation systems (smart phone, google maps, Garmin.
.
) Physically able to assist people in wheelchairs and follow company and guidelines regarding their safe and comfortable transport.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
Willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug test Willing to furnish an abstract of driving record.
EMT/EMS training, or medical related experience is a plus.
Drivers with previous experience, especially medical and/or wheelchair transportation, will place you at the higher pay scale.
Hourly compensation, paid training and advancement within the company are available.
Salary:
$15.
00 to $18.
00 /hour.
Compensation increases based on experience and performance.
