Responsibilities:
Assist Manager with daily operations of the community Marketing, which includes merchandising and renting the apartments Public relations, which includes communication and maintaining the property's reputation Administration, which includes rental collections and record keeping Operations This position requires Housekeeping and Grounds pick-up.
Requirements:
Professional appearance Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer/technology skills Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):
