The Front Office Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the front desk and service department.
This position will also be responsible for assisting with the management of staff, scheduling, and customer relations.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of front desk and service department Oversee the scheduling of front desk staff to ensure that all service staff are working on time and meet expectations Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service Handle guest inquirers, complaints, and special requests with a positive and empathetic approach Ensure that all service staff are complying with company policies, procedures, and work standards Ensure that all service staff are following proper procedures for customer service and communication Ensure that all service staff are following all company policies and procedures Schedule, supervise, or assist in the scheduling of staff on a daily basis Ensure that all front office staff are following OSHA and Lacey, WA's safety regulations Ensure that front office is maintaining a clean work environment Schedule, supervise, or assist in the scheduling of back up services as needed Maintain inventory of supplies and maintain clean work area inside front office.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, or similar role (preferred).
Proven customer service experience as a client service representative or sales associate.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to positively respond to client needs.
Excellent phone skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write professionally.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask; strong leadership skills; ability to create a positive work environment for team members.
