Skilled Worker/Maintenance PersonWe are a local property management company with an established reputation.
More than 200 rental properties are in our inventory, and growing! Your task as the skilled laborer/Maintenance Person is to complete assigned work orders on these rentals, from painting touch-ups to yard work to specific repairs, etc.
During each end of the month and start of next month time especially, several of our rentals must be turned over from the previous tenants and brought up to company standards for new tenants.

Seeking SHOWN EXPERIENCE in the following areas:
- Use of proper skilled laborer/ Maintenance skills (paint, clean gutters, repairs, yard work, fix appliances, assess home utility issues, and/or clean, etc.
) - Ability to communicate well with supervisor in assessment of rental needs.
- Ability to take direction and follow schedule to complete work orders in line with company goals.
- Ability to follow company procedure and policy.
