Pacific Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Lacey, WA location.This position is Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. $13 an hour plus family benefits, 401k, vacation. You will receive a 90 day review and araise to $13.50, a 1 year review with a rasie to $14, and a 2 year review with a raise to $15.00.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) fields calls from Customers and works to resolve problems they raise concerning service or billing. A successful CSR must understand the Waste Connections business, so they can resolve various types of customer issues. Customer Service Representatives must show empathy or sensitivity to the customer regarding the issue at hand.
Works in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes.
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling heavy call volumes.
Strong computer skills including the ability to type at least 40 wpm and 10 key by touch.
