Xerox is partners with a major wireless company, we are an inbound call center. We are hiring for represent ivies to take calls from customers answer questions about their bill, plan, minutes, ECT. This is a full time position, 40-45 hours a week, mandatory. We require complete open availability because we are open 365 days a year 7 days a week from 5:30am till 11:30pm including holidays, evenings and weekends. We offer unlimited overtime almost all year round. You go through 7 weeks of paid training all held on site. For the first 90 days you are paid at $10 an hour, after 90 days you move to our RBC pay which has a base rate of $9.50 per hour and you can make up to $13.50 per hour. We require that you have a High School Diploma or GED, and 3 months customer service background.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
