Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

A few months of experience are preferred for long term care facilities, and hospital experience is required for any hospital position. Currently we have need of candidates who prefer to work DAY's and SWING/EVE shifts in long term care facilities. In hospitals, we have a need for CNA's who are looking to work DAY's and/or NOC's. Responsibilities include:
o Giving patients important social and emotional support.
o Providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
o Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting nurses with medical equipment, and checking patient vital signs.
Qualifications include:
o Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
o Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred.
o Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
o Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements.
o Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
o Reliable transportation.
